This salmon fish fry recipe is very simple to make. Considering the health benefits of salmon, we make sure we include it in our meal plan atleast once a week. I used to buy only salmon fillets as it is easy to clean and cook. Every week I do try out different recipes with salmon. Whenever I make a salmon fry, I get a feel that the masalas doesnt get deep inside the fillet eventhough its marinated for hours. So for a change I did the same process by making mini fillets out of the big fillet. This has worked out so well and the fry turned out to be super tasty and crispy.
