Sprats Fish Fry | Choodai Meen Varuval

Choodai Meen Recipe

This tiny fish has become one of our favorites since two years. Though this fish is available in India, I never got a chance to taste it. When I saw that fish in the supermarket here, I thought of giving it a try and I liked it very much. I used to make both fry and gravy. But we both like the fried version of it rather than the gravy. Its available here only between August and February.
