Chow Chow Curry Recipe

I prepared this chow chow kootu recipe few weeks back and since then this post has been sitting in my drafts. Chow chow is one of the indian vegetables that is easily available in our local store. I used to buy it quite often to either make sambar, poriyal or kootu out of it. This recipe was suggested by my mom and thought of trying it for a change. It tasted too good and it can be just mixed up with hot steamed rice. Else it can be served as a side along with rice, sambar, rasam and curd.
