Sweet Palmiers Recipe

Sweet Palmier Recipe

Whenever we visit Mark & spencers, I never miss to buy this sweet palmiers. We both liked it very much. One day I thought of trying this recipe at home and read through the puff pastry cookbook which I had. To my surprise, the recipe looked super easy with just 3 ingredients. I couldn’t wait to try it out. So quickly grabbed a puff pastry sheet and started with this recipe. The crispy cookie turned out very nice and looks were inviting. We both couldn’t resist from eating them and almost everything got over within 30 minutes. Perfect and quick evening snack.

Preheat the oven to 180 degree celcius and place the baking tray in the middle tray and bake them for 15- 20 minutes. Make sure to turn it to the other side after 8- 10 minutes. Once the colour changes to golden brown, remove the tray from the oven and place them in the cooling rack. Allow it to cool down and then transfer it to a container.
