Samai Pongal Recipe | Little Millet Pongal Recipe

Samai Pongl Recipe
I am planning to try recipes using different types of millets. To start with, I made this simple pongal recipe using little millet/samai. The preparation process is exactly the same as the usual venpongal recipe, except for rice is replaced with samai/little millet. It tastes almost similar to the pongal made with rice. Even my hubby didn’t realize that it is made of millet until I told him.It can be served hot with sambar and coconut chutney.
