Avarakkai Masala Recipe | Broad Beans Curry

Avaraikai Masala Recipe
Whenever I buy broadbeans I used to make only stir fry. So for a change I thought of preparing a masala style recipe. During my school days, one of my relatives used to send us home grown broadbeans. They look so fresh and tender and my mom cooks it the same day and it tastes awesome. I used to buy broad beans whenever I find it fresh in store. This avarakkai masala can be just mixed with steamed rice or it can be served along with rasam, curd, sambar rice. I also like to have it with roti.
