Vegetable Puff Recipe

Vegetable Puff Recipe

I wanted to try vegetable puff recipe using the store bought puff pastry sheets since long time. Finally managed to do it today for tea time snack. Its quite easy to make with puff pastry sheets. All that is required is to prepare the masala with the mixed vegetables. I used green peas, potato and carrots to prepare this masala. If the masala is kept ready, the vegetable puffs can be prepared in less than 20 minutes. It tastes great with ketchup and we enjoyed this snack. I can’t wait to try egg puffs and chicken puffs with these pastry sheets. Will come back with those recipes very soon. Smile
