Cabbage Roti Recipe

Cabbage recipes will always be in our weekly menu. All these days I used to make only cabbage poriyal and kootu. Though I buy a very small sized cabbage, everytime some part of it will be left over. So I was looking for an option to avoid wasting it. Came across this cabbage paratha and found it interesting. So tried this cabbage paratha for the first time and it turned out awesome. It tastes great with just raita as it already contains all the masala to it. We had it with black lentils gravy which will be my next post.
