Masal Dosai Recipe | Dosai Varieties

Potato Masala Dosai Recipe
Though there are different varieties of dosas, masala dosa always holds a special place. If you are bored of the usual plain dosa, then go for this recipe. The potato masala preparation is very simple and can be prepared in just 15 minutes. I love to have this masal dosa with coconut chutney and sambar. Unlike the plain dosa, masala dosai will be very filling. Instead of just stuffing the dosa with this potato masala, the masala can also be spread throughout the entire dosa. This dosa will be a good option for weekend breakfasts.
