Meen Pulav Recipe

Fish Pulav Recipe has been in my wish list since long time. I have tasted it couple of times in the restaurants. But never gave an attempt at home. Whenever we buy fish, it will be always prepared either as Fish fry or Fish Kuzhambu. At times, I used to make Fish Puttu if we buy fillets instead of whole fish. On a weekend, I planned to make this fish Pulav and bought Tilapia fish fillets. Unlike the usual pulav recipe, fish pulav is time consuming and the cooking process is very much different from the other pulav recipes. Moreover, the fish is very delicate and has to be cooked with utmost care. But still, its worth the time and effort as the taste was simply superb. It can be served with simple onion Raita or some gravy.
