Paneer capsicum Masala Recipe

Pnaeer recipes are one of the frequent recipes that I make. Paneer with capsicum will be a great combo. I used to make this paneer capsicum dry recipe for pulav. It is very simple recipe and can be prepared in 10 – 15 minutes with minimal number of ingredients. This paneer capsicum masala can be stuffed in roti and rolled. Adding garam masala at the end gives an extra flavor to the recipe.

Cooking Time      : 15 Minutes
Serves  : 2


Paneer 100 Grams
Onion 1 No
Tomato 1 No
Capsicum 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
Turmeric Powder A Pinch
Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoon
Garam Masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Oil 1 Tablespoon

Preparation Method

Heat a pan and add oil. Once it is hot, add the paneer cubes and fry for 3 minutes. Transfer the paneer to a bowl and in the same pan, add the onion and saute for 2 minutes.

Add tomatoes and saute till it becomes mushy.

Add Turmeric Powder, chilli powder and mix well.

Add chopped capsicum and cook it covered for 5 minutes. Add required salt.

Add the fried paneer and mix well. Cover it with a lid and cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle the garam masala powder. Mix well and cook for 3 more minutes. Turn off the flame and transfer it to a bowl and serve.
