Kondakadalai Pakoda Recipe

Channa Pakoda is a very simple snack recipe. I got to know about this recipe from my mom. She saw this pakoda recipe in one of the cookery shows and tried it couple of times. She then asked me to try this as it tasted very good. But I completely forgot about this recipe and did not try it. Last weekend, I thought of making channa masala and soaked the channa the previous night. But the next day, I felt the quantity of channa is little more than usual. So called up my mom for some suggestion and she gave me this recipe. It looked very easy and the pakoda came up very crispy and tasty. It can also be served during tea time or as side dish for lunch.
