Mint Chutney Recipe | Pudhina Chutney | Side dish for Idly dosa

Mint Chutney Recipe

I just love the smell of mint leaves, and therefore mint chutney has always been my favorite. Mint Chutney Recipe is very simple and can be prepared in just 10 minutes. Pudhina Chutney will be a good side dish for idly and dosa. We both don’t get bored of idly and dosa unless we try different side dishes. I was growing a small mint plant at home and I used to take some fresh mint leaves as and when I need it. Its kinda happy feel when we grow something and use that for cooking. Would love to have more such plants at home this summer.
