Mushroom Soup Recipe has been in my wishlist since long time.  Finally a day has come for me to try this out. Cream of Mushroom soup is the one which my hubby always prefers to have at the restaurants. This is a super easy recipe and very filling too. At times we used to have just this soup along with breadsticks for lunch. Kids too will love it as it is not much spicy. Anyone who has liking for mushrooms will definitely love this creamy and delicious soup.

Cream of Mushroom Soup Recipe
Preparation Method : 10 Minutes
Cooking Time          : 15 Minutes

Mushroom 100 Grams
Onion 1 No
Milk 1 Cup
Butter 2 Teaspoons
Cheese 2 Teaspoons (Grated)
Corn Flour 2 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Pepper 1 Teaspoon

Preparation Method

Heat a tawa and add butter. Once it is melted, add the chopped onion. Saute till it turns into light brown colour.

Wash and clean the mushroom. Chop them into very fine pieces and saute them till it
becomes soft.

Soups to Desserts

Add milk and around 1/2 cup of water. Bring it to boil.

Mix corn flour in water without lumps and add it to the boiling mixture. Mix well so that there are no lumps.

Add salt and pepper powder. Turn off the flame and finally sprinkle the grated cheese and serve hot with breadsticks.

Adding freshly ground pepper gives a real good flavour.

Instead of cheese, fresh cream can also be added at the end.

Adjust the consistency according to your liking by adjusting the water quantity.

Serve it hot for better taste.
