Masala Noodles Recipe | Indian Style Noodles Recipe

Last evening I was very tired after long hours of shopping. When we returned home, it was almost time for dinner. So I planned to prepare something which doesn’t make me spend lot of time in the kitchen. At that moment, all I could think of is none other than spicy masala noodles. Here comes the recipe of the tasty and spicy indian style noodles.

Ingredients
Noodles 200 Grams
Ginger 1 Teaspoon (Chopped)
Garlic 3 Nos (Chopped)
Green Chillies 1 No (Chopped)
Onion 1 No (Chopped)
Tomato 1 No (Chopped)
Chilli Powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Garam Masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Cilantro / Coriander leaves A Fistful
Salt To Taste
Oil 1 Tablespoon

Preparation Method
  • Add the noodles to boiling water and cook as per the instruction given in the pack. I used wheat noodles so I boiled it for 7 minutes.
  • After boiling it, drain the water by transferring the noodles into a colander. Immediately wash with cold water and set aside.
  • In a pan add oil. Once it is hot, add ginger, garlic, green chillies and saute for few seconds.
  • Add chopped onion and saute till it changes to light brown colour.

  • Add Tomatoes and cook till it becomes mushy.
  • Add salt, chilli powder, garam masala and mix well.

  • Add the noodles and mix well so that the masala is distributed uniformly.
  • After couple of minutes, add chopped cilantro and turn off the flame.

  • Give it a mix and serve hot.
