Snake Gourd Kootu Recipe | Pudalangai Kootu

Pudalangai Kootu Recipe

We get snake Guord very rarely and whenever it is available I never fail to buy little of it. My First try with snake gourd is this kootu. Unlike the usual kootu which is prepared by adding moong dhal, this one is cooked with channa dhal which makes it different. However, the same kootu can also be prepared in the usual way with moong dhal. It goes well with pulikuzhambu, sambar, rasam.

Here is the recipe!
