Paneer 65 Recipe

Here is an easy to make delicious starter recipe. Paneer 65 is one of the frequent recipes that I make for the guests who like paneer. We both too have a great liking for paneer. So will be making different paneer recipes almost every week. For this recipe, either homemade or store bought Paneer can be used. In this recipe, I used store bought paneer.


Paneer Fry Recipe



Paneer 65 Recipe
Preparation Time : 10 Minutes
Cooking Time       : 20 Minutes
Serves   : 3


Ingredients

Paneer 150 grams
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Teaspoon
Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder A Pinch
Curd 2 Teaspoons
Corn Flour 1 Teaspoon
Rice Flour 2 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Oil For Deep Frying
Preparation Method

  Cut the Paneer into small sized cubes.

  If the paneer is little hard, soak them in hot water for 5 –10 minutes.

  After 10 minutes, drain the excess water and transfer it to a bowl.

  Add ginger garlic paste and mix well with the paneer cubes.

  Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, curd and mix everything together.

  Add corn flour and rice flour. Mix everything together so that all the paneer gets coated with the masala. Let it remain for 15 minutes.

  Heat a tawa and add oil for deep frying.

  Once it is hot, add the paneer cubes one by one.

  Fry till all the sides of paneer gets cooked and turn into nice golden brown colour.

  Transfer it to the plate and serve.
