Easy Chicken Fry Recipe | Chicken Starter Recipes

Though there are numerous chicken recipes, chicken fry is a very common and most liked recipe. The preparation method is relatively simple. I love chicken fry to be crispy and soft inside. Here is the recipe to prepare such chicken fry. It goes well with rice, pepper rasam, sambar rice, Briyani.

Boneless Chicken 250 Grams
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoon
Chilli Powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Turmeric Powder A Pinch
Coriander Powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Curry leaves A Strig
Coriander leaves / Cilantro little (Chopped)
Corn Flour 1 Teaspoon
Rice Flour 2 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Oil For Frying

Prepartion Method
  • Wash the chicken by adding little turmeric and cut them into small pieces.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and mix everything together.

  • Add chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves and mix well.
  • Add rice flour, corn flour and mix well.
  • Marinate the chicken for atleast 30 minutes.

  • Heat oil in a pan and once it is hot, add the marinated chicken pieces one by one and fry them till it turns to nice golden brown colour.

  • Transfer it to a plate and serve.
