Baby Potato Bhajji

Quick tea time snack!

Ingredients

Besan/Gram flour 1 Cup
Rice flour 1/2 Tablespoon
Chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Asafoetida A Pinch
Salt To Taste
Oil For Frying
Baby Potatoes 5 - 7 Nos

Preparation Method
  • Wash the potatoes, peel the skin and cut them into thin slices using a slicer.
  • In a bowl mix besan, asafoetida, chilli powder, salt and mix with water to a little thick consistency.

  • Take a slice of potato and dip it into the mixture so that it is coated well with bhajji mix.
  • Heat a pan and add oil enough for frying.
  • When it is hot, drop the coated slice of potato slowly into the oil.

  • Fry them till it is golden brown and transfer to a plate for serving.
