Egg Bhurji is a very easy & quick recipe and serves as a best sides for many dishes. At times I used to prepare this bhurji with couple of eggs and have it as a main food which will be filling. Egg bhurji can be prepared in many different ways by adding spices and vegetables of your choice. This is one simple version of it.


Egg 1 No
Green Chillies 2 Nos
Onion 1 No (Chopped)
Curry leaves A Strig
Turmeric Powder A Pinch
Chilli Powder 1/4 Tablespoon
Corinader Powder 1/4 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Oil As Required


Preparation Method
  • Heat a pan and add oil.
  • Once it is hot, add green chillies, onion and curry leaves. Saute them for 2 minutes.
  • Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and fry them for few seconds.

  • Break the egg and pour it to the pan.
  • Add salt and mix the egg well. Cook for 2 minutes and then transfer to the bowl and serve.
