Onion Bhajji Recipe

When it is raining, most of us would think of having hot hot bhajjis. Here is one such simple snack recipe – Onion Bhajji. It can be prepared in just 10 minutes. If the batter is prepared in right consistency, then the bhajjis would be soft and fluffy. As this recipe do not demand any special ingredients, it can be an option when we have sudden guests. I used to prepare this quick onion bhajjis most frequently, especially on a cold / rainy day. It goes well with coconut chutney and I also like to have it with spicy tomato chutney or Mint chutney.

If you prefer, you can add a pinch of cooking soda to get a more fluffy bhajjis. however in this recipe, I do not add it.
