Egg White Omlette


This is a perfect omlette for those who do not like egg yolk. I prepare this most of the times, because my hubby don’t prefer to have egg yolk. However I am fine with either way.


Egg 3 Nos
Onion 1 No (Finely Chopped)
Green Chillies 2 Nos (Finely Chopped)
Turmeric Powder A Pinch
Pepper Powder 1/4 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Oil 1 Tablespoon


Preparation Method
  • Break open the egg in such a way that the hole is small so that the egg yolk stays back within the egg.
  • Pour the egg whites into the bowl.

  • Beat them nicely until mild froth appears.
  • Add onion, chillies, turmeric powder, salt and beat it again.

  • Heat a tawa and once it is hot, pour the egg mixture into it.
  • Pour few drops of oil around it.

  • Sprinkle some pepper powder on the top.
  • Turn back to the other side and wait for 30 seconds.

  • Once cooked transfer it to the plate and serve.
