Egg Fried Rice Recipe | Fried Rice Recipes



Basmati Rice 2 Cups
Onion 1 No
Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 Tablespoon
Spring Onion 3 Nos
Carrot 2 Tablespoons (Chopped)
Beans 2 Tablespoons (Chopped)
Cabbage 1/4 Cup (Chopped)
Tomato Sauce 1 Tablespoon
Soya Sauce 1/2 Tablespoon
Eggs 3 Nos
Pepper Powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Turmeric Powder A Pinch
Salt To Taste
Oil 2 Tablespoons


Preparation Method
  • Wash the basmati rice and cook by adding 3 cups of water and tablespoon of oil to it.
  • Transfer the cooked rice to a wide plate and allow it to cool down.
  • Heat a pan and add oil. Once it is hot, add the onion. Saute for couple of minutes.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes off.

  • Add chopped carrot, beans, cabbage and cook them for 3 minutes.

  • Add tomato sauce, soya sauce,salt and mix it well.

  • Add the cooked rice and mix well.
  • Meanwhile in another tawa break and pour the eggs.

  • Mix it well by adding little turmeric powder, salt. Once the egg scrambles are cooked, transfer it to the pan containing rice mixture.

  • Finally sprinkle pepper powder and spring onions and transfer it to a bowl.
