Prawn Fry Recipe
Prawn fry is a mouthwatering recipe. When it is a prawn recipe, it would be just for myself and I always try to make it simple. Moreover almost all prawn recipes are quite easy to cook. My mom never used to cook prawns, Infact I didn’t even know there is something called prawns till I joined college. My friends mom makes very tasty prawn recipes and I tasted them once in a while. From then, I started loving prawns. I prefer to cook prawns at home rather than having it in a restaurant. I love to have this with rice and pepper rasam. After frying the prawns, I used to fry some chopped onions in the left over masalas in the frying pan. I just love them.

Prawn Fry - Recipe

Prawn Fry Recipe
Preparation Time : 5 Minutes
Cooking Time         : 10 Minutes
Serves     : 2


Prawns 200 Grams
Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 Tablespoon
Turmeric Powder A Pinch
Chilli Powder 1 Tablespoon
Coriander Powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Oil For Frying and marination

Preparation Method

Clean the prawns and wash it by adding little turmeric powder.

In a bowl, mix turmeri powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste & salt by adding oil.

     Prawn Fry Recipe Step 2

Add the masala to the prawns. Mix well so that the prawns are coated well with the masala. Marinate the prawns for 30 minutes.

Prawn Fry Recipe Step 3   

Heat a pan and add oil. Once it is hot, add the prawns one by one and fry them till it turns into golden brown colour. Transfer it to the plate and serve.
