Easy Mushroom Fry

Mushroom fry is my all time favorite recipe. This is the quick version of it which takes not more than 10 minutes.
Here is how I made it…

Ingredients

Mushroom 200 Grams
Mustard 1/4 Tablespoon
Fennel Seeds 1/2 Tablespoon
Turmeric Powder A Pinch
Chilli Powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Oil 1 Tablespoon

Preparation Method
  • Heat a pan and add oil to it. Once it is hot, add the mustard and fennel seeds.
  • Once it starts spluttering, add turmeric powder, Chilli powder and mix quickly.
  • Immediately add the cut mushrooms.

  • Mix the contents well so that the masala is spreaded uniformly.
  • Do not add any water, because mushroom by itself releases water while it is getting cooked.
  • Cook the mushroom in medium flame for 5 – 7 minutes by mixing it now and then till all the water is evaporated.
