Tilapia fish fry Recipe| South Indian Fish fry

Tilapia Fish Fry Recipe
I should say that Tilapia fish fry is the only seafood which satisfied by craving for fish during the initial few days in UK. Its because, I have already tasted Tilapia fish couple of times before and I liked it too. So we always used to buy this tilapia fillet as we are hesitant to try the different fishes that are available in the market. One good thing I like about this fish fillet is, they are quite easy to clean and also to eat as it will not have any bones. Whereas the whole fish requires certain amount of effort in cleaning. However, I am slowly trying out different varieties of fishes now. I will post the recipes of those as and when I make it. Tilapia will be our choice, when we prefer to make the cooking simple. Tilapia Fish is very soft and get cooked quickly. This Fish fry recipe goes well with Steamed rice, Sambar, Rasam , Curd and also with Fish Kuzhambu.

The same way can be tried to fry any type of fish fillets. But just take care of the cooking time as it varies based on the type of fish.
Adding curry leaves to the fish while frying, gives a nice flavour. But it is optional.
