Sweetcorn Soup


Sweetcorn 1 Cup
Milk 1/2 Cup
Coriander leaves Little
Pepper 1/2 Tablespoon
Bread Croutons 10 Nos
Salt To Taste

Preparation Method
  1. Either pressure cook the sweetcorn or boil them in a pan with enough water.
  2. Take 1/4 cup of corn and keep it aside. Grind the remaining 3/4 cup of sweetcorn to a fine paste.
  3. Boil milk in a pan and add the grind sweetcorn mixture to the milk and mix well.
  4. Add the finely chopped cilantro/corinader leaves and allow it to boil to 5 – 7 minutes.
  5. Add the remaining 1/4 whole sweetcorn into the mixture and mix well.
  6. Add enough salt and transfer it to a serving bowl.
  7. Add pepper powder and few bread croutons on the top before serving.
