Quick Coriander chutney | Cilantro Chutney

I prepared upma for dinner last night and I was thinking of trying a different chutney and this striked my mind.It came out very well and I really liked it. Its quick and tasty recipe.

Coriander leaves/Cilantro 1/2 Cup
Grated Coconut 1/4 Cup
Green chillies 2 Nos
Tamarind 1/2 Lemon size
salt To Taste
Preparation Method
  1. Wash the coriander leaves and chop them finely.
  2. In a mixer jar, add greenchillies, grated coconut, tamarind, salt& coriander leaves and grind to a fine paste.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and add little more water if required. Its ready for serve.
