Pepper Prawn Fry Recipe

Pepper prawn fry is super easy and tasty recipe. At times, I even prefer to have it as evening snack. Pepper prawn fry with rice and rasam is my all time favorite. Adding fresh curry leaves enhances the taste and flavor of the recipe. I prefer adding freshly ground pepper powder rather than the store bought pepper powder.

Pepper Prawn Masala Recipe

Serves : 2


Prawns 150 Grams
Curry leaves A Sprig
Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder A Pinch
Chilli Powder 1/4 Tablespoon
Pepper Powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Oil 2 – 3 Teaspoon

Preparation Method

Clean the prawns well and drain the water. In a bowl add Ginger Garlic paste, Turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, curry leaves and mix well. Add the prawns to this mixture and mix well so that the masala spreads uniformly. Leave it aside for atleast 30 minutes. Take a wide spaced pan and pour oil and add the prawns one by one and shallow fry the prawns.

When the prawn is cooked well, sprinkle pepper powder and fry for 2 minutes and then turn off the flame.
