Pal Kova | Milk Khoa

Milk Khoa 1

Pal Kova is a yummy sweet that can be prepared with the minimal number of ingredients. Whenever I have more than 2 cups of milk left with the close expiry date, I prepare this sweet. It can be stored even for a weeks time.


Milk 2 Cups
Sugar 3/4 Cup
Ghee 1 Tablespoon

Preparation Method
  1. Take a thick bottomed pan and pour the milk into it.
  2. Keep Stirring it till the milk reduces to 1/2 of its volume.
  3. At this stage add the sugar and mix well.
  4. Reduce the flame and Keep Stirring constantly till it becomes thicker.
  5. Continuous stirring is more important, as the milk tends to get burn very easily.
  6. Finally add a tablespoon of ghee, mix well and transfer to a bowl for serving.
