The speciality of this recipe is, it can be prepared in less than 5 minutes and most importantly this doesnnt require anything to be heated up or cooked on the hob.

Onion 1 No (Finely Chopped)
Coriander leaves/Cilantro Finely Chopped
Curd 1 Cup
Salt To Taste
Preparation Method
  1. Mix little water to curd and mix well by adding salt.
  2. Chop the onion to very fine pieces and add it to the curd.
  3. Finally add chopped coriander leaves and raitha is ready to be served.
