Mushroom Masala Dosa 1
Dosai is a very common south indian Breakfast recipe. It is one of the favourites for most of them and I am not an exception. SmileEspecially dosa filled with masala tastes even more delicious. There are numerous varieties of dosas and here I have posted the recipe for making mushroom masala dosa.
Dosa Batter 1 Cup
Mushroom 100 Grams (Finely Chopped)
Onion 1 No (Finely Chopped)
Tomato 1 No (Finely Chopped)
Turmeric Powder A Pinch
Chilli Powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Curry Leaves A Strig
Pepper Powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Cumin Seeds 1/4 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Oil 2 Tablespoons

Preparation Method
For Masala
  1. Wash the mushrooms, drain the water and cut them into very fine pieces.
  2. Heat the pan and add oil and then add cumin seeds.
  3. After it splutters, add curry leaves & onion and saute them well.
  4. Then add tomato and mix them with turmeric powder, chilli powder.
  5. After 3 minutes, add the chopped mushrooms and cook them for 5 minutes.
  6. Finally add pepper powder & salt and mix.
  7. Transfer it to a bowl and keep it aside.
For Dosa
  1. Heat the dosa tawa and grease it with a drop of oil.
  2. Pour a laddle of dosa batter and spread it to a thin dosa.
  3. Add few drops of oil around the dosa and allow it to get cooked till it turns to brown colour.
  4. Place required amount of mushroom masala at the centre and spread it.
  5. Fold the dosa and transfer it to plate and serve.
