Ladiesfinger Raitha
Ladiesfinger is all time favourite vegetable both for me and my hubby. We never get bored of this vegetable. Instead of makin the usual poriyal/sambar/kuzhambu, I wanted to try a different recipe with ladies finger and here it comes.

Ladies Finger 100 Grams (Cut in to thin slices)
Green chillies 2 Nos (Finely Chopped)
Curry Leaves A Strig
Asafoedita A Pinch
Curd 1 Cup
Salt To Taste
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Preparation Method
  1. Add little water to curd and mix well by adding salt.
  2. Heat a pan and add oil. To that add greenchillies, curryleaves, Asafoedita, Ladiesfinger and fry them well.
  3. Once the ladiesfinger has been completely fried, transfer it to the curd and mix well.
  4. Keep it for 30 minutes before serving.
